Unit of Measurement and Evaluation

The Measurement and Evaluation Unit was established to develop standards and ensure the quality of learning outcomes. This unit is supervised by experts in measurement and evaluation.

This unit oversees all programs and procedures of the Academy and operates independently from the executive management.

It also works to develop operating models, education, training, and accreditation standards.

The main objectives of establishing this unit are summarized as follows:

1. Develop operating models and standards for education, training, and accreditation.

2. Evaluate the performance of instructors and agents and verify their commitment to work ethics and institutional values.

3. Evaluate student performance in all programs, evaluate research, verify the methodology used, and supervise the development of student tests.

4. Conduct studies to improve performance and meet the needs of communities and students around the world.

5. Conduct social studies and surveys for external entities, such as strategic research centers, ministries, civil society organizations, and universities, for various purposes around the world.
